MEASUREMENT INSTRUCTIONS: Hardware is included for inside or outside mounting. For inside installation, please order a window shade that is at least 1/4 inch smaller than the width of your window, with a minimum 2" window frame depth required. For outside install, the cellular blind needs to be 2 inches wider and longer than the window width and length for better shading effect.
